Dropped Snib on Yale night latch

Had a good few calls to gain entry to properties with the same problem lately. A dropped snib (little button) on the Yale night latch unit. Pleased to say I could gain entry in all cases without any damage to the door or the lock. This problem tends to happen when the door is slammed knocking the latch button or snib down, resulting in a lockout as the latch becomes deadlocked in effect.
